Hi, I'm Brittany Bratton—a Nashville-based health insurance broker licensed in 32 states.
I know health insurance can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes downright frustrating. My job is to make it easier. I take the time to understand what matters most to you, explain your options in plain language, and help you find coverage that genuinely fits your health needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in health and wellness, so helping people take care of themselves has always been important to me. Becoming a health insurance broker allowed me to combine that passion with what I do best: connecting with people, simplifying complicated information, and helping individuals and families feel confident about their decisions.
I don't believe choosing health coverage should feel like a high-pressure sales experience. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, understand exactly what they're enrolling in, and know they have a real person they can reach when they need help.
Outside of work, I'm happiest exercising, getting outside, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I'm also a proud dog mom to two rescued pups: Shadow, my calm and cuddly husky–lab mix, and Bella, a spirited little blend of chihuahua, beagle, and cattle dog who keeps us both entertained.
I've traveled to more than 13 countries, but these days Nashville is home. Whether I'm helping a family protect what matters most or simply making someone's insurance search feel a little less stressful, I'm grateful to do work that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives.
